"I'm not sure there are words to describe the gratitude we have for you both. It seems like a long time ago that we were introduced to you - and so began the journey with my Mom! The constant love and companionship as well as respect for mom's dignity defined our experience with Comfort Keepers. You both went to great lengths, so many times, to provide help for mom, and as a result dad. Thank you, thank you for all of those efforts. We now enter a new phase with Dad, and there just aren't answers to what lies ahead. Yet I feel that the incredible support he received form you - and CK - helped him achieve his goal of quality of life for Mom. Again bless you both for all you have done!"
"My Caregiver Is Truly An Angel, Thank You Comfort Keepers! My Caregiver is very bright, knows how to communicate and is familiar with cleaning products. Sarah is kind and patient. A model of friendliness and has a great understanding of the computer and can clean it up when I foul it up. Love to have Sarah around she is truly an angel! Nothing seems to be too difficult for her!!!"
"I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your caregiver, Ashley. Ashley turned out to be an excellent "fit" for her assignment with me. Initially, my son and I just had to guide her with what we wanted her to do -- she immediately "fell right into step." She was friendly, courteous, very capable, and met my every need. She easily accomplished every task and did numerous little "extras" during her time with me. She is a perfect addition to your staff. I can't praise her enough and would highly recommend her. Whenever the need arises again, I certainly will request her. I verbally expressed my thanks to Ashley before she left today and hope you will include this email in her personnel file. Thank you too for all you did to meet my caregiving needs"
"Thanks Steve, Kim, all, for loaning the transport chair for my aunt over the weekend. It made HUGE difference in what she was able to do and where she was able to go without getting too tired or too miserable ... she is 98 and has the problems you would expect with her spine, and of course, she had INSISTED that she did not need a wheelchair and wouldn't be seen in one ...but thanks to you all, she went on the ferry from Oxford to St Michaels where she spent the entire day shopping, lunching and more with her three daughters. She loved the chair so much she now says she's going to get one of her own! Many, many thanks for helping out!"
"Dear Sir, Please distribute these "thank you" notes to your employees that helped me in a very special way during my husband's illness. They all should be commended."
"On behalf of my mom, me, my brother Mark, and his wife Maria I would like thank Joyce and Lasheco for their caring. Both are kind, thorough, patient, and respectful of an elderly woman's needs and ways of wanting things this way and that."
"Dear Dannette, Thank you for everything that you did for Donna. You made a big difference in her life at a difficult time."
"Pam is an excellent caregiver. She is also a great companion and a very easy person to talk to get along with. She is very knowledgeable about this area as well as being a very conscientious driver."
"2013 My Caregiver is very bright, knows how to communicate and is familiar with cleaning products. Sarah is kind and patient. A model of friendliness and has a great understanding of the computer and can clean it up when I foul it up. Love to have Sarah around she is truly an angel! Nothing seems to be too difficult for her!!!"
"Rita is a "natural" when it comes to caring for others. What she has is a gift that few posseses. Aside from being kind, gentle and thoughtful, shi is completely devoted to my husband's well being and seeing to his every need. Besides all she does for my husband, she has changed my life beyond belief. Just knowing that my husband is in such capable hands has freed me (mentally and physically) to enjoy visits to family, lunch with friends and event ot take in a movie now and then. I can't imagine our lives without her."
"Laura is so helpful. She takes very good care of my wife. She also is very helpful with the laundry. Comfort Keepers should be very proud to have her as one of their employees."
"To all of my caregivers: Sadonia, Tammy, Shavonta, Linda, and LaToya, they are all very attentive, kind and conscientious. They have given great care to our father. "
"Catherine has become part of our family. She cares about all of us not just my father. She is truly a kind and gentle person."
"My caregiver Robin has a great sense of humor; she always has a hug and a smile for my uncle. She calms him and makes him feel comfortable. She reads to him, watches movies with him and takes walks with him. Robin has taken the time to get to know him and has come to care about him as a person. She listens to him ramble and he's always ready with a laugh. He misses her if more than one day has gone by. As my uncles says, "she is a really really nice person and makes me feel good.""
"Dear Brenda, Please know how grateful I am for the good care you gave Bill during his short time at home. Your kindness and compassion are so much appreciated and I always felt he was in good hands with you. I’m so glad we were able to share a cup of coffee and visit on the last Saturday when you were here. I also want to thank you for the message of condolence you left on my telephone."
"Willis and I would like to thank you for the great service and wonderful people (Mildred, Jill, and Sarah) your company provided for our father Joseph L. These people made Dad’s last year and four months special and very enjoyable for him. The help they provided at the hospital was especially appreciated. We will, if given the opportunity, recommend your company with hesitation."
"I am still very pleased with Clarise H. She is dependable, knowledgeable and has helped me through a very different summer. I’m 100% comfortable with leaving her here if I have to run an errand or have an appointment. Her dialogue with Ed is terrific. Clarise comes in, knows what is it to be done and how it should be done and does it. I can’t praise her enough, she is like a daughter as well as a caregiver. I was very glad she consented to pick up the added hours that was given Ed. I’m sure Ed would say I take my hat off to her."
"I would like to recommend Catherine H. for Comfort Keepers of the year. She makes my mother and Pat laugh. She has even gotten Pat to play a couple games of checkers. When I take mother shopping she is very comfortable leaving Pat with Catherine and knows he will be entertained as well as cared for. She has managed them to take their medicine without many complaints and does their exercises with them. She is always a pleasure to talk with even when my parents are demanding. I am very grateful for her dedication."
"It is with great sadness that Dick and I have to end our professional relationship with Eddie Jackson. His undivided attention to Dick’s needs were caring and exceptional, particularly his ability to understand the illness and it’s progression. His consistent, positive approach gave me great confidence when I needed to be away from the house. For all these reasons I can recommend Eddie’s services as an outstanding caregiver. Thank you for your friendship and your expert input during the past many months. "
"Dear Michelle (and your compassionate angels), We had absolutely no knowledge of Comfort Keepers before you sailed so capably into our lives-how do we begin to thank you for your quiet, reassuring support when our lives were otherwise devoid of anything resembling peace. We replay our look of utter stupefaction many times when we recall your urging us to "just get out of here" how totally we'd become unplugged from the outside world- you gently nudged us to reconnect and reminded us of life going on that we were part of . You and those who came with you are special people indeed to care so very sincerely about perfect strangers. Our gratitude knows no depths."
"Dear Comfort Keepers, The poinsettia is beautiful and really brightened our home. It has been years since we’ve had a poinsettia so I can’t thank you enough for remembering me in such a neat way. Thanks also, for the caring and qualified staff you have provided Londonderry and it’s good to be home to help us meet the needs of our residents. It is so refreshing to enter a home and find one of your caregivers providing such skillful and loving care. I look forward to 2013 knowing that Londonderry is and good hands with Comfort Keepers and IGTBH staff working together to prorate came for and residents. Every time I look at the lovely poinsettia, I’ll be reminded of the wonderful staff it represents’."
"Dear Glenda, Iris and Stewart G. are my parents. I am so sorry to hear about your accident and hope that you are on the mend. Thank you very much for all of you are doing for my parents. My mom says she has such a nice new friend. My parents have rave about your cooking. I hear your meatloaf is better then Mason’s! I appreciate that they are getting healthy home-cooked meals. It’s hard for me living so far away. It helps to know that you are there, cooking and checking up on my mom. I look forward to meeting you soon."
